The Lunar Tales focuses on a kitsune named Luna Veridais. She has been sealed away for a time that her journey is to begin to help save the world of Hymera from the shadows of chaos that threaten to swallow it whole. She travels with her Celestial Guardian Dante, a volcanic werewolf who has some business with one of the Chaos Generals, across Hymera to gain the power of the eight Soul Beasts and the help of the Elders that guard them. Their goal to create a force that is strong enough to finally destroy the ancient dragon that had to be sealed away and that the chaos army now seeks to unleash. As a Tamer, she is one of the rare few who can achieve Rank Ten and free beasts who have been locked inside their soul stones since the first Dragon War. With her ability to see the future like her grandmother she follows the path that Mitsuki laid out for her, but time and fate are fickle things, and not everything can go according to plan.

Name: Luna Veridais

Race: Kitsune

Hero Class: Celestial, Tamer

Special Class: Moon Oracle

Description: On the full moon her hair is silver and her eyes blue, her fur is also silver with amethyst colored markings, on nights of the new moon her eyes are green and hair is red as she was born with, and fur markings are a darker red. As a kitsune, she can transform or illusion over her appearance and she utilizes it to hide from the Chaos Army.

Bio: Luna was sealed away to allow her to gain the strength she would need in order to face the dangers that await her on the path ahead. She will mostly stay in fox form but will play human when the need arises. She is chosen for the Tamer's path because of her connection to the Soul Beast Embrah and needs the help of the other Soul Beasts and the Elder's who guard them to complete her journey and help her when the final battle comes. She knows what her purpose is and knows that she can't stray from it, so she faces her challenges head-on. Name: Dante Wolfyre

Race: Werewolf/ volcano demi-god

Hero Class: Shifter

Special Class: Celestial Guardian

Description: In his werewolf form, he has grey and black fur with orange markings, paw pads, mane, and tail tip. His fangs are oversized and stick out with an overbite. When using his feralty his orange fur turns into flames and molten lava and his fur turns to blackened rock. In his human form, his hair is black with an undertone of his orange coloring. In human form his eyes are a honey gold, in wolf form, they glow like molten cores shifting from orange, gold, and red.

Bio: Luna's first meeting with Dante is with her bring chased as his prey but he is soon cleansed of the madness that engulphed him and he decided to join her as a bodyguard to get answers about his lineage and to gain access to the one that betrayed him. 

 

The story takes place as a journey throughout Hymera and meets many different creatures, rulers, gods, Soul beasts and all of the Elders. Please see the inhabitants section for people that thier journey will cross paths with and the Beastiary section has all of your Tamer and Soul Beast information.
